William Ryland (born April 15, 1937)

Potential motiviation for Will against the Marcuccio crime family and in particular Don Donatello. Donatello was suspected to be involved in a crime that killed Will Ryland's wife. Since then, Ryland went through a deep depression, lost his job in economics, and went into despair. He emerged from the depths of hell with a grievance to exploit organized crime in Philadelphia. He uses his money from her death (life insurance) and starts a new thing in 1999 called a weblog where he writes about potential crimes and ties them to the mafia.
